Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, guiding them through Scrum ceremonies and best practices.

- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.

- Remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions.

- Coach team members on Agile principles and facilitate continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of business objectives.

- Track and report on team progress, metrics, and deliverables.

- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and high performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor Agile teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in technology or SaaS companies.

- Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
