The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational leadership, staff development, and curriculum management. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting both staff and students.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily school operations and ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations.- Lead and support staff development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.- Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum and instructional programs to meet educational standards and student needs.- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school culture that promotes student achievement and staff collaboration.- Manage budgets, resources, and school facilities efficiently.- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, students, and the community.- Ensure adherence to district, state, and federal guidelines.- Address and resolve conflicts, disciplinary issues, and other challenges as they arise.Qualifications:- Master’s degree or higher in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).- Valid California Administrative Services Credential.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational administration or school leadership.- Proven expertise in staff development, curriculum development, and teaching.- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.Preferred Skills:- Experience in public, private, or charter school administration.- Knowledge of current educational technology and instructional best practices.- Ability to analyze data and implement improvement strategies.Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive salary ($70,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience)- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance- Retirement plan with company contributions- Professional development opportunities- Supportive and innovative work environmentHow to Apply:Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing their qualifications and vision for educational leadership.
