Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and identify top talent to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit based on role requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to enhance employer branding and recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in [industry/sector].
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in employer branding and building talent pipelines is a plus.
