The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.- Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans.- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.- Lead project teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).- Proven experience in managing construction projects.- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite.- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.Preferred:- PMP or equivalent project management certification.- Experience with large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.Benefits:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- Supportive and innovative work environment.
