Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with automation tools, and a good understanding of the software testing life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to identify and prioritize test scenarios.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure product quality.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress).
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Report and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure test coverage meets quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of automation tools – Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Appium.
• Experience in programming languages – Java / Python / JavaScript / C#.
• Good understanding of TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber frameworks.
• Experience with API testing tools – Postman / Rest Assured.
• Familiar with version control systems – Git, GitHub.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools – Jenkins, Maven.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Exposure to cloud-based testing environments.
• ISTQB or similar QA certification.
