Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and user-centric UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and meaningful user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will understand user behavior, conduct usability research, and translate insights into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that solve real user problems and align with business goals. pay for this job is 25$per hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI Designers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to define user requirements
- Conduct user research, surveys, interviews, persona development, and usability testing
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and low/high-fidelity prototypes
- Translate research findings into design recommendations and UX improvements
- Optimize product usability and accessibility for web and mobile platforms
- Work with UI Designers to maintain a consistent design system and interaction patterns
- Validate design decisions using user testing, analytics, and A/B experiments
- Continuously improve user experience through feedback loops and iterative design
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UX principles, heuristics, information architecture, and user-centered design
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and UX documentation
- Ability to explain design decisions with clarity and logic
- Basic knowledge of UI design, HTML/CSS, or design systems (optional but preferred)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience working in Agile or Product-based environments
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and Usability Testing methods
- Portfolio that demonstrates UX skills and design thinking

- Notion / Jira / Confluence (Documentation & collaboration)
- Hotjar / GA / Maze (UX analytics — optional).
