We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Houston, TX. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, support the Scrum team in delivering high-quality products, and ensure alignment with Agile best practices. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Agile principles, and the ability to remove impediments for the team.Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.- Coach team members on Agile practices and Scrum framework.- Remove obstacles that impede the team's progress.- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clear backlog prioritization.- Track and report on sprint progress and team performance metrics.- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage conflicts and facilitate resolution.- Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM) preferred.
