Job Description:

The Systems Analyst Trainee will assist in analyzing, maintaining, and improving IT systems to ensure efficiency and reliability. The role involves understanding system requirements, troubleshooting issues, and supporting software and network infrastructure. This position provides hands-on training in system analysis, cloud environments, and IT support to prepare the trainee for a full-time Systems Analyst role.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior analysts in monitoring and maintaining IT systems and applications.
• Assist in system testing, performance analysis, and troubleshooting issues.
• Collect and document system requirements and workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, network engineers, and business users to ensure smooth system operations.
• Learn to analyze system data and recommend improvements or optimizations.
• Assist in system integration, upgrades, and patch management.
• Maintain documentation related to systems, processes, and configurations.

🧠 Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of IT systems, servers, and databases
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred)
• SQL and data handling knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

🎓 Qualifications:

• B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Certifications in Networking (CCNA) or Cloud (AWS/Azure Fundamentals) are a plus
