📋 Job Description:

The Cloud Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the organization’s cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. This role involves ensuring high system performance, security compliance, and cost efficiency. The candidate will collaborate with IT, DevOps, and security teams to support deployment, migration, and maintenance of cloud-based applications and services.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage performance, availability, and usage of cloud resources.
• Analyze cloud costs and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in deploying and configuring cloud environments for new and existing projects.
• Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Implement and maintain security best practices, including IAM policies and encryption.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations, incidents, and performance reports.
• Support cloud migration and integration projects with minimal downtime.
• Automate repetitive tasks using cloud-native tools or scripting languages.

🧠 Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (VPC, Load Balancers, DNS, VPN).
• Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows system administration.
• Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Digital Leader are preferred.
