Job Description

**Location:** Back Bay, Boston, Massachusetts – Flexible Hybrid Role **Salary Range:** $100K to $170K **Department:** Clinical Research / Operations **Reports To:** Clinical Project Manager or Principal Investigator **Job Summary:** The Clinical Trials Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and management of clinical research studies. This role ensures trials are conducted in compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements, while maintaining accurate and organized documentation throughout all trial phases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate day-to-day operational activities of assigned clinical trials. - Assist in patient recruitment, screening, consent, and scheduling of study visits. - Maintain trial master files, study binders, and regulatory documentation. - Ensure timely data entry and query resolution in the electronic data capture (EDC) system. - Track enrollment status and report progress to study sponsors or CROs. - Prepare and assist during monitoring visits, audits, and inspections. - Collaborate with investigators, nurses, and external vendors to ensure smooth study conduct. - Handle shipment, receipt, and inventory of investigational products and laboratory samples. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling patient information. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in clinical research or trial coordination. - Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and FDA regulations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical data systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS). - Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification. - Experience working with Phase I–III clinical studies. - Knowledge of institutional review board (IRB) submissions and processes. **Key Competencies:** - Attention to detail and data accuracy - Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities - Problem-solving and decision-making skills - Team collaboration and stakeholder management **About Leoforce:** Leoforce is the innovative company behind Ira, the AI-powered recruiting technology that revolutionizes talent discovery and engagement.
