**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote Agile best practices to ensure successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and values.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Remove obstacles and foster a collaborative team environment.

- Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize work.

- Track team progress and report on key metrics.

- Encourage continuous improvement and support team development.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
