The candidate should have a strong background in statistics, programming (Python, R), and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Requirements: 5-20 years of relevant experience, advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field, proven track record of delivering ML projects, excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
