Job Title: Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to manage, guide, and support a team in achieving project goals and delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to balance team management and technical or operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team to ensure high performance, productivity, and quality of work.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and motivate the team.
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Communicate updates, progress, and challenges to management and stakeholders.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working in Agile or other project management methodologies is preferred.
