We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and help the team adhere to Agile principles, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-organized product backlog.
• Ensure the Scrum framework is followed and continuously improved.
• Identify and remove blockers or obstacles affecting team progress.
• Coach team members on Agile practices and self-organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Track team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM / PSM) preferred.
