Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to design, develop, and oversee the implementation of complex IT systems. You will play a key role in defining the technical strategy and ensuring that architectural solutions align with business goals and technology standards. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Architecture Design: Define and document architectural solutions that meet business requirements, including application architecture, integration patterns, and infrastructure considerations.

Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in best practices, code quality, and design principles to ensure high-performing, scalable, and secure systems.

Technology Evaluation: Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and frameworks that can improve product performance or development efficiency.

Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, software developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce software architecture best practices, design patterns, and development standards.

Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship and training to developers and other IT staff.

Documentation: Create detailed architectural documentation, system diagrams, and design artifacts for internal use and knowledge sharing.

Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews, technical assessments, and solution testing to ensure alignment with architectural goals.
