**Job Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable back end systems and APIs.

- Collaborate with front end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python and Java.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software engineering.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 1-3 years of professional experience as a Back End Developer.

- Proficiency in Python and Java.

- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask (Python), or Spring Boot (Java).

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).

**Work Arrangement:** Onsite in New York, NY.
