The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, process control, and PLC programming, with a passion for driving efficiency and innovation in manufacturing and engineering environments.---### Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing and process control systems.- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing processes.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, schematics, and user manuals.- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.- Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and performance.---### Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, preferably within industrial automation, electrical/electronic manufacturing, or IT services.- Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms).- Experience with process control, manufacturing systems, and industrial networking.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Relevant certifications (e.g., 4 Hr.
