Position Overview:
As an Implementation Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful onboarding and integration of our AI-driven recruiting solutions for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand requirements, configure solutions, and provide ongoing support to maximize client satisfaction and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to tailor solutions that meet business needs.
- Configure and customize software platforms based on client specifications.
- Provide training and support to clients during and after implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams to resolve challenges.
- Document processes, client feedback, and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with software implementation, client onboarding, or technical support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or project management tools is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary (estimated range: $70,000 – $105,000 per year, depending on experience)
