Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a passion for driving business growth, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize performance and report on sales activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage and grow high-performing sales teams.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
