**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Texas. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile development processes, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum practices and principles.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Remove obstacles and foster an environment of collaboration and transparency.

- Work with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined product backlog.

- Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and deliverables.

- Promote continuous improvement and help teams achieve high performance.

- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and company standards.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required.

- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

- Ability to drive change and inspire teams to achieve goals.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience in the AI, SaaS, or recruiting technology industry.

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.

- Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., CSP, SAFe).
