We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in California. ## Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.

- Manage the marketing budget, track ROI, and report on campaign performance.

- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

## Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
