**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for building scalable, high-quality web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain innovative solutions that drive our AI-powered recruiting platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications across the full stack.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software engineering.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

- Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.

- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, etc.).

- Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or applications is a plus.
