**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist with experience in the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, support certification processes, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation to relevant authorities (FAA, EASA, etc.)

- Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and communicate changes to internal teams

- Support product certification, validation, and approval processes

- Liaise with regulatory agencies and industry groups

- Maintain records of regulatory submissions and correspondence

- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and product teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle

- Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory inspections

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field

- 3+ years of regulatory affairs experience in the aerospace industry

- Strong knowledge of FAA, EASA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

**Preferred:**

- Advanced degree or regulatory certification (e.g., RAC, RAPS)

- Experience with international aerospace regulations
