This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence three days per week. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves inspecting materials, components, and finished products, identifying defects, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues.**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings.- Identify, report, and help resolve quality issues or non-conformities.- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment as needed.**Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role.- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.- Familiarity with inspection tools, measurement devices, and quality control processes.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.- Good communication and teamwork skills.- Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting.**Compensation & Benefits:**- Competitive salary range: $120,000 – $200,000 per year- Opportunities for career advancement- Supportive and innovative work environment- Access to cutting-edge technology and training resources**Leoforce is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
