**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Chelsea, Manhattan, New York. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence three days per week. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, maintain safety standards, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.

- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.

- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and productivity.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

- Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.

- Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

- Strong communication skills.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Certification in logistics, supply chain, or related field.

- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

- Forklift certification is a plus.
