We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to design, guide, and oversee the implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions. The Technical Architect will collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align architecture with business goals while ensuring adherence to best practices and modern design principles. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design
• Define and maintain the overall system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, architectural diagrams, and detailed designs.
• Establish architectural standards, guidelines, and patterns across applications and platforms.
• Technical Leadership
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams.
• Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools for adoption where appropriate.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to design CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and monitoring strategies.
• Project Involvement
• Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, and solution design discussions.
• Review and approve technical designs, code, and infrastructure decisions to ensure alignment with architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance on resolution.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product goals.
• Communicate architectural vision and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between business goals and technical implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in software development with at least 3+ years in an architectural or technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in software design principles, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Go).
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL, distributed databases).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to balance trade-offs in design decisions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architectures, and CQRS.
• Prior involvement in scaling enterprise SaaS or multi-tenant systems.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software and cloud architecture.
• Experience with AI/ML integration or real-time data processing systems is a plus.
• Certification in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert).
