**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences for our AI-powered recruiting platform. As a fully remote member of our Hyderabad-based team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that delight our users.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products, from concept to delivery.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business goals and user needs.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all products.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience designing for SaaS or AI-driven products.

- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
