**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer with proven fintech experience to join our dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, a deep understanding of fintech systems, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs for fintech applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development.
