**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer with strong fintech experience to join our team onsite in California. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in backend development, deep expertise in AWS, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems in the financial technology sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs for fintech applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

- Implement best practices for security, reliability, and performance.

- Optimize existing systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

- Ensure seamless integration with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.

**Required Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend engineering, preferably within the fintech industry.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.

- Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database technologies.

- Experience with security and compliance standards relevant to fintech.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
