**Responsibilities:**

- Establish ERP needs through business process analysis and consultation with stakeholders.

- Analyze existing IT infrastructure and recommend or implement system enhancements.

- Write customized programs and scripts, and configure ERP applications to meet business requirements.

- Develop user-friendly functionalities and interfaces for ERP systems.

- Install ERP software and ensure seamless integration with existing IT systems.

- Perform diagnostic tests, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to optimize ERP performance.

- Provide technical support and training to ERP end-users.

- Prepare development progress updates and maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP processes.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Stay updated on the latest ERP upgrades, features, and industry offerings.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

- Certification in Oracle SaaS ERP or SAP ERP business process integration.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an ERP Specialist in a related industry.

- Background in business administration, project management, or a related field is advantageous.

- In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
