The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a strong background in mechanical engineering principles.**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform full lifecycle product development, including design, development, prototype testing, manufacturing, and implementation.- Design systems and components that meet specified needs and requirements.- Produce outline and detailed designs.- Conduct experiments methodically, analyze data, and interpret results.- Test and evaluate theoretical designs for feasibility and performance.- Identify, formulate, and implement effective solutions to emerging engineering problems.- Evaluate the final product’s overall performance, reliability, and safety.- Modify designs to meet requirements and eliminate malfunctions.- Estimate project budgets and scope.- Gather and incorporate feedback from operators and stakeholders.- Prepare comprehensive product reports and documentation.- Engage in lifelong learning and contribute to the development of new theories or methods.**Requirements:**- Proven experience in mechanical engineering.- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).- Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE).- Proficiency with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE, or similar).- Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica, or similar).- Familiarity with mathematical computing and analysis tools (Matlab, Excel, LabView, etc.).- Solid understanding of core concepts such as mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, and materials science.- Strong creativity and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and technical writing abilities.- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.**Benefits:**- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance- Flexible remote work environment- Professional development and training opportunities- Supportive and innovative company culture**Our Culture:** We believe in empowering our employees to take initiative and drive innovation.
