**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Field Engineer to inspect infrastructure, conduct on-site research, and resolve technical issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills. This role requires adaptability, technical expertise, and the ability to manage crises in dynamic field environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Communicate with clients to assess needs and explain complex technical issues.

- Conduct research and studies on-site to support project objectives.

- Manage field activities and implement engineering designs.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot construction or machinery problems.

- Resolve malfunctions and respond effectively to crises as they arise.

- Oversee repairs and technical improvements to ensure optimal performance.

- Install new systems and technology as required.

- Inspect and test materials and machinery for safety and compliance.

- Ensure proper maintenance of all onsite equipment.

- Supervise and direct onsite crews, including technicians and contractors.

- Draft and submit detailed technical reports and documentation.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Previous experience as a Field Engineer or in a similar technical role.

- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of field projects, including machinery and equipment.

- Familiarity with safety guidelines and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and flexible to work occasional overtime or weekends.

- Proficiency with CAD software, technical analysis tools, and reporting systems is a plus.
