Job Description

**Job Title:** QA Automation Engineer**Location:** USA (Remote/Onsite/Hybrid options available as per company policy)**Experience Required:** 4–15 years**Job Summary:**We are seeking experienced QA Automation Engineers with strong expertise in Selenium and Playwright. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java and TestNG or PyTest, as well as proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions. Candidates should have a proven track record in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, and must possess a score of 3.0 or higher (as per internal evaluation or relevant assessment).**Key Responsibilities:**- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables.- Execute automated and manual tests to ensure software quality.- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.- Document test cases, procedures, and results for transparency and traceability.- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.**Required Skills & Qualifications:**- 4–15 years of experience in QA automation.- Proficiency in Selenium and Playwright.- Strong programming skills in Java.- Experience with TestNG or PyTest frameworks.- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.- Score of 3.0 or higher in relevant assessments or internal evaluations.**Preferred Qualifications:**- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.- Familiarity with additional automation tools or scripting languages.- Exposure to cloud-based testing environments.**Company Culture & Benefits:**- Collaborative and inclusive work environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.- Competitive compensation and benefits package.- Flexible work arrangements (remote/hybrid/onsite).- Commitment to diversity, equity, and work-life balance.
