What You'll Be Doing as an Accounting Associate:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

• Assist with invoice processing, payment posting, and reconciliations.

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and reporting.

• Respond to internal and external accounting-related inquiries.

• Assist with audits and compliance documentation as needed.

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Associate:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting systems.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
