## Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional service.

## Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve sales targets.

- Understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and account reviews to clients and management.

- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of account activity, sales forecasts, and pipeline management.

## Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing role.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.

- Industry certifications (e.g., TWIC, PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt) are advantageous.
