Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Account Representative to join our team in New York. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with enterprise-level clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our AI-powered recruiting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and target markets.
- Present and demonstrate Leoforce’s AI recruiting solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Marketing) to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in SaaS, technology, or HR solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling AI, SaaS, or HR technology solutions.
- Knowledge of the recruiting or talent acquisition industry.
