Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with at least 10 years of experience to oversee and manage construction projects in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

  • Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.

  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

  • OSHA certification or equivalent is preferred.
