Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Truck Driver with a valid CDL to join our team in Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial vehicles in accordance with company and DOT regulations
• Transport goods to designated locations in a timely and safe manner
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a truck driver (local, regional, or long-haul)
• Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs)
• Customer service experience
