Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that enhance our AI-powered recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform business decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data science solutions into production systems.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
