About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries and troubleshooting, working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing technical support and guidance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level support or engineering teams as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and support protocols.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking concepts is preferred.
