About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
