Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
• Support project management activities, including timeline tracking and risk assessment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and business intelligence platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
