Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Analyst to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and security.
• Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
• Provide clear and concise feedback on product quality and usability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with manual and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
