Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and a passion for developing scalable, high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain innovative applications that drive our AI-powered recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Python applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks (such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
