Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth, with a strong understanding of the Florida market. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strategic partnerships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence in Florida.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Represent Leoforce at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of senior-level B2B sales experience, preferably within Florida.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Experience managing large client portfolios and leading sales teams.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Background in regulated industries (healthcare, tourism, technology) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
