Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth, with a strong understanding of the Florida market. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strategic partnerships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence in Florida.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines and track performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Represent Leoforce at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of senior-level B2B sales experience, preferably within Florida.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Experience managing large client portfolios and leading sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Background in regulated industries (healthcare, tourism, technology) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
