About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and a passion for creating sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects.
• Develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent and regulations.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch preferred).
• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure (LEED certification is a plus).
• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with sustainable design and LEED projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical expertise.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and 3D modeling.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
