Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Back End Developer with strong expertise in Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable server-side applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust back end systems using Python.
• Collaborate with front end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Back End Developer with a focus on Python.
• Strong understanding of server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and database management.
• Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
