(10 yrs) Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree === JOB DESCRIPTION === Required Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 8–10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in IT networking and/or facility operations. Technical Skills (Required): • Networking: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks. TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VPN (IPSec/SSL), SD-WAN. • Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC (802.1X), RADIUS/TACACS+. • Physical: Experience with racking, cabling, and hardware installation in data center environments. • Tools: Network monitoring (e.g., SolarWinds), packet analysis (e.g., Wireshark), ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow). Technical Skills (Desired): • Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, CISSP, AWS/Azure Networking, PMP. • Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP networking and hybrid cloud connectivity. • Automation: Python, Ansible, Terraform for network automation tasks. • Virtualization: Virtual networking (NSX, AWS VPC), load balancers (F5). Key Responsibilities • Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure. • Perform hands-on physical work, including racking, cabling, and hardware installation. • Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from planning to execution and reporting. • Coordinate with and hold third-party vendors accountable for deliverables and SLAs. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues. • Create and maintain accurate network documentation and provide monthly project reports.
