Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Power BI Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data analysis, and visualization techniques to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple data sources.
• Develop data models and optimize report performance.
• Create visualizations that provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Perform data analysis and present findings to management teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Automate reporting processes where possible.
• Monitor and improve dashboard usability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or BI reporting roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying.
• Experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts.
• Knowledge of Excel and data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Services or cloud analytics platforms.
• Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
• Microsoft Power BI certification preferred.
