Location: Jackson, MS (Must be within 40 minutes of location)
Compensation: $27.00/hr base + uncapped commission (OTE: $1,750/month, with potential to exceed)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) for Emerging Markets to join our Outside Sales team. In this field sales role, you will be responsible for winning new business across your assigned geography and contributing to the overall growth strategy of Leoforce. You will travel to emerging markets, primarily in rural areas, and manage a transactional deal cycle to drive new partnerships with local and regional restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel extensively (at least 50% of the time) within a 2-hour radius of Jackson, MS, with occasional overnight stays and longer travel days.
  • Expand Leoforce’s footprint in untapped, emerging markets by identifying and securing new restaurant partnerships.
  • Sell restaurant owners on the value of partnering with Leoforce and negotiate revenue share agreements.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment, closing new business within days.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and utilize sales tools (sales sheets, gift cards, business cards, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies (all travel costs covered).

Qualifications:

  • 2.5+ years of sales experience in a closing sales role or related field.
  • Proven success in selling to SMBs, especially within the restaurant or food/beverage industry, is highly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Efficient and strategic with both inside and outside sales tactics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building scalable sales strategies and playbooks.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
